Baby and The Beanstalk uses a range of delivery services including Australia Post and couriers, so that we are able to service you as best as possible. Delivery service and charges are dependent on product size and location of delivery.
Orders under $100 are charged $15 postage and orders over $100 are charged $25. Shipping on furniture can be arranged, costs will be calculated on weight, size and location. You will need to contact the store, via phone or email prior to ordering for a quote. Items that state "call store for shipping quote" will be payable over the phone when finalising your order.
We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. If there is a further delay we will contact you within 72 hours to go over the options. Our suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. If you are ordering furniture, please allow a 4 week turn around time.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday during normal business hours.
You will be provided with a dispatch notice including the tracking number to ensure you are able to keep up to date with tracking your order once it has left our store.
