Baby and The Beanstalk uses a range of delivery services including Australia Post and couriers, so that we are able to service you as best as possible. Delivery service and charges are dependent on product size and location of delivery.
Orders between $0 - $120 have a flat rate fee of $9. $121-$400 have a fee of $15. Orders $400-$2000 are $25. This excludes furniture (cots, drawers/dressers and gliders) Shipping on furniture/cots and gliders have a flat rate of $99, as these are based on weight and dimensions of boxes.
We do not have stock levels on our website and when you place your order it may be in or out of stock. Please allow 2-10 business days for your order to be dispatched. If there is a further delay we will contact you within 72 hours to go over the options. Our suppliers can also run out of stock and sometimes this causes unexpected further delays. If you are ordering furniture, please allow a 4 week turn around time.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday – Friday during normal business hours. We are closed on Tuesdays.
You will be provided with a dispatch notice including the tracking number to ensure you are able to keep up to date with tracking your order once it has left our store.
